Shipping Policy

We usually fulfill orders (confirm stock/vintage availability) in 2 to 4 business days. To ensure weatherconditions or temperature variances do not impact the quality of your wine,orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday for ground and 2nd day shipping,and Thursday for overnight shipments. Please contact us if you need to make special arrangements.

We highly encourage the use of a business address for shipping as an adult signature upon delivery is required for all wine shipments. Orders that are returned due to unavailability of an adult to receive the shipment will be refunded only for the wine cost. Postage and handling charges for the order will not be refunded.

Shipping wine during the extreme hot or cold months of the year is a concern for us. We are happy to hold shipments until weather improves or put your shipment on hold until a pre-designated date. During extreme weather periods we will hold your wine, in a temperature controlled environment, to ship at a safe time. If you request us to ship anyways it will be at your own risk. Shipping carriers typically do not pay for wines that are destroyed from the weather.

Stock Availability and Price

Stock check before placing the order does not guarantee that the same stock is still available when your order is placed, there is a probability that some of this wine is sold out between the time of stock check and the order processing. As our online inventory is not real time there is possibility the wine or vintage you ordered might get sold out before your order is picked up for processing

When an order is placed and because of any reasons we are trying to reach you and we don't hear from you immediately but hear back from you in a few days, there is a probability that some of this wine is sold out between the time of stock check and the order processing.

With respect to items sold by Nextbottle, we cannot confirm the price or stock of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the catalog price of the wine sold by Nextbottle is higher than our stated price on, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

We generally do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process except for orders that are held in our storage for weather reasons, by the customer’s request.

Return Policy

Shipping costs incurred as part of a product exchange or return shall be furnished entirely by the customer. If we mistakenly ship you an incorrect product or the product arrives in unusable condition, Nextbottle will absorb all shipping costs required to remedy the situation. If you are not happy with the item(s) received,not including personal taste or preference, returns should be initiated within 15 days of the shipping date.
